The portless part doesn't appeal to me as a programmer the but can totally see my wife using it who is a doctor and a casual laptop user.
Looks like ports on the charger. Many monitors also have ports.
An interesting concept comes to life.

Is it waterproof?

Are there plans for a more ruggedized model?

I would be totally happy with a single USB-C port, for charging and for connecting my two monitors, the keyboard and the trackpad/mouse. But, at this thickness, it'd better be 90% battery or it won't last long, as well as the base will be too light to open with one hand. The charger, attaching to the middle of the screen, also looks like it'll change the balance of the laptop, making it easier to topple.

Still, I applaud the boldness.
