Ask HN: Books/case studies on practical zero-trust?

Hi all, I am trying to learn more about zero-trust security.

I've read Gilman's Zero Trust Networks: Building Secure Systems in Untrusted Networks and I've worked a bit with SPIFFE SPIRE in a corporate setting, but I am looking for something a bit more concrete and comprehensive.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
