Would a cooled (32 F), off laptop reach room temperature (70 F) faster under the blankets of a bed or on a table?

The coefficient of heat of the blankets is higher than air but it would also insulate the cold of the laptop?

Under the blankets as the fluff would jam the fans slowly but surely.

While you wait for it to warm up you could perform some exercise.

Under the blanket if it is turned on, on the table otherwise.
