I just did an actuarial estimator which asked good questions to genetics, lifestyle and mental state and it gave me 25 +/- 3 which I suspect is not wrong. It brings you into sharper focus on "do I really want to waste 1/20th of this remaining time, in work I don't enjoy" type questions.
(I did it to estimate how long my superannuation has to last, as a drawn down sum. Many people target 'never spend your capital' but I believe the system was really designed for spend-to-end and thats what I am targetting)
