Perhaps, but the court of public opinion seems to already have made a decision.
I seriously doubt that, and besides -- it is up to judges whether evidence are admitted, not public opinion.

An executive can't use corruption of process under them as a shield or all corrupt executives would rely on damage to due process to be unaccountable.
