ClamOne – An Open Source Linux Front End to the ClamAV Antivirus Engine (github.com)

Recently updated, now including Snort integration, notification of updated rules.

Anyone have first-hand experience deploying ClamAV on workstations at scale? I'd be very curious to hear more.
