Where Is Chrome's Read Later Button?

I'm on Chrome 98 on a Mac, and it seems like every update has moved around the read later option. It used to be in the url bar as a button, and then it was a top level menu option. Now I can't find it.

Hilariously enough, Google search turns up nothing relevant. Any ideas?

I never understood it. Bookmarks is a mess which could be cleaned up and encompass this.

In my chrome it's located at the very right side of the bookmarks bar under "Reading List" where I can click "Add this tab to read later"
