How To? Apple Watch Reminder Alarm Only After Wake Up

My daughter is the only one in the house with an Apple phone or watch. She needs a reminder alarm to tell her to take first up meds in the morning, but wakes up at different times.

I searched a bit, but couldn't come up with anything obvious, is it possible to have a reminder alarm on the watch set for ten minutes after it thinks you have woken up?
