Ask HN: Are you using Twirp for internal service communication?

Hi folks, I’m curious if your teams have adopted Twirp (https://twitchtv.github.io/twirp/docs/intro.html) for inter service communication. How has your experience been with it? What are some pain points you’ve had to overcome tabooed adopting it? And while operating Twirp services? What benefits have you realised by adopting Twirp?

hmm, while I cannot answer you question directly, I would say that having been interacting programmatically with twitch services, I would probably a kid any of their open source, given how bad and buggy their production systems are.

Bad products create low confidence to the point I simple pass it by for consideration. On the flip side, I will put up with initial difficulty for companies that have high quality products.
