I have no such plans, but I don't think that creating an esoteric smart contract causes more harm than telling people that their weekend project is making the world worse.
If you think that scalping is a bad thing, which I do, then further incentivising scalping is a bad thing. If it were just a joke then sure, it's a good satire of crypto, but the site says they've scripted a contract for it and if they get interest they'll try to commercialise it.
Being quick or lucky enough to purchase something at regular retail prices, and then turning around to see it at inflated (often greatly so) prices. Obviously it has to be done on items hard to get. Look at the consumer GPU market these days for an example.
