From a skim of the story..."abhorrent"ly poor judgment in speaking near a live microphone, certainly. For any lawyer, that seems a legit termination offense.

Whether the ex-professor is prejudiced against Blacks, or in favor of Blacks, or was merely bitter about the situation which Georgetown's de facto "pro"-Black admission bias put her in, or something else...from the article, I can't tell. And I don't get the impression that either Georgetown or the N.Y. Times care a bit about that.
