Not sure your point here. The submission title is based on the interest of someone that is well known for writing from a conservative point of view but changed his established view point based on other factors. It was not clear to me if most people would known who he was. The title was picked in order to provoke interest in a person that had a great deal of influence on a generation. The first comment proves that. The title 100% reflects the content of the story linked.

I didn’t realize he was conservative.

My only exposure to him was as a frequent panelist on Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me. I really enjoyed when he was on.

He was conservative old school style. The kind where you could disagree without abject hate. Not this Trump s@&$: show.

I read his books as a young adult and there was a ton that rang true...and also damn funny.
