I love this game with a passion. It's a hit in my team at work too.
Where did you find out about it?
somehow a promo tweet by the author showed up in my timeline
Not parent but, my girlfriend sent it to me after I sent her wordle a while back.

So far, after the past two days I've played, I got both countries on the first try. I love geography and history, and this has been a fun game while I wait for unit tests.

This is a cool game, but after playing 2 rounds, I've found that if I can't guess the country by the outline, the direction hints rarely help me out unless I'm on the wrong continent. Like, I vaguely know the countries in North Africa, but couldn't tell you whether Libya was to the east or west of Algeria without looking at a map.
I have this with wordle. I mean I still don't know what a caulk is.

(it's to the east)

I'm sure you looked it up, though in case you didn't, caulk is a thick paste-like substance that drys, usually used to seal gaps between two surfaces, for example adding a water proof seal between a shower and the wall, or used around a window pane to eliminate any air gaps.

For a person who does home repair, caulk is generally well known.

Tip--if you put in a nail or a screw into the tip after you're done caulking, it makes it easier to use the caulk later.

Thanks! Also for the tip :-)
I absolutely love this. The first Wordle type game I might regularly come back to.
