Sitting up straight is a temporary solution. You WILL lose focus and slouch again. The long-term fix is to develop lower-back and core strength. Running, cycling, yoga, and weight machines can help with this (I am not a doctor).
Question, why this link post to an article you can't access without a subscription?
From the FAQ (https://news.ycombinator.com/newsfaq.html)

> Are paywalls ok?

> It's ok to post stories from sites with paywalls that have workarounds.

> In comments, it's ok to ask how to read an article and to help other users do so. But please don't post complaints about paywalls. Those are off topic.

OP here, thanks for that reminder. I hate paywalls but I trust everyone here knows the workarounds if you don't have a subscription. I thought this was relevant enough to share even though it was paywalled.
that is misguided trust. can you help?

Anyone have a link to the article?
Well, I guess I learned something new today. That link doesn't work. Still paywalled. I didn't know that sites like New Scientist block archive.is
