Should HN stay on computer science topic or be open to politics, economy, etc?

I like HN because it's a great "developer-geek-nerd-computer-whatever" community.<p>I also like talking about politics and many other things, but since there are no categories or tags in HN... shouldn't we stay on the main topic? After all, this is 'hacker news'<p>We have reddit and other similar sites to discuss other things!
