Poll: What would you prefer? Working at Apple or at a Medium-Sized Startup?

I have a job offer at a good YC startup, and yesterday the opportunity opened up to also get a job as iOS/Mac developer at Apple. On the startup, I would work (most likely) on an iPad app, which is basically the same that I do for two years now. At Apple, it would be more unknown ;)
