Ask HN: Are there cloud providers or SaaS products with useful status pages?

The reputation for most cloud provider's status pages is comically bad in that they often don't indicate an outage until it is already widespread and known by its users.

This made me wonder if anyone has experienced a provider or SaaS whose status page is trustworthy or otherwise useful in some other way.

AWS's is, surprisingly, pretty decent. The trick is to use the Personal Health Dashboard (you need to be logged in) to see what degradations effect you.

The inherent problem is the scale of modern cloud providers is that something is ALWAYS broken, and a sea of red is more alarming and less useful than a sea of green...
