The generalization of "white people" is, to put it mildly, ignorant. The civil populations in Europe are mostly white and have been for sheltering the refugees of Syria, Afghanistan, Irak, etc., with tolerance and acceptance in mind, for the most of them.

The amalgamation of a certain ruling class of mostly north american twitter assholes, pundits, politicians and other professional "opinion-havers" on one hand and regular (white) people on the other hand is just ridiculous.
