Ask HN: What expense tracking software do you use(to track receipts)?

Which expense tracking software do you use?

We are looking for a solution that includes receipt tracking. We can't seem to find a decent service that provides this. We are under the assumption its mandatory for taxes/writeoffs, but even widely used services like quickbooks and indinero don't include this feature. Are we off base here? How do you track your expenses?
