No I would think the Baltic States are the top of the concern list. Not sure the -stan's are where Russia wants to go again.
Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are already in NATO. If Russia attacks them, the other NATO countries are obligated by treaty to defend them.

Sweden and Finland are not in NATO -- largely because they didn't want to be. They appear to be rapidly changing their minds about that.

Sweden and Finland are in EU which has mutual defence agreement.
>the other NATO countries are obligated by treaty to defend them

Like how Britain and the USA are obligated to defend Ukraine already due to the 1990s nuke surrender agreement?

Anybody forwarded that to the State Department?

Just saying, You'll be amazed the crap that slips by for lack of no one knowing exactly where to look.

Actually just looked into this. Budapest Memorandum did not include any assurance of defense. Merely that no one on either side would leverage nukes against Ukraine. Though the Russians are in flagrant violation of section 2 thereof, namely

>The Russian Federation, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United States of America reaffirm their obligation to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine, and that none of their weapons will ever be used against Ukraine except in self-defence or otherwise in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations.

Although Sweden and Finland like to remain neutral, they have to take a side in this in order to avoid more wars, and this is the best time for them to join NATO. They can simply say they’re scared of Russian aggression and are scared their country is going to be invaded by Putin.
