Looks parve to me, since it's not from a cow. Cow proteins are not what make something milchig.
However there are still issues where it looks like milk, and someone could be confused, so the same precautions as for almond milk would need to be taken.
This is honestly pretty freaking awesome. Dairy is one of those ethical conundrums for me. I know how bad Dairy farms are for cows but there aren't any ways to get ethically raised milk products where I live. I've got cruelty free eggs in abundance, but no milk or cream. A cow is just too much for most small farms and even then the process of keeping a heifer pregnant and selling the calf for veil or butchering is too much.
However, seeing it in 1 quart cartons makes me wonder how insanely expensive this is going to be at first.
