Hi, My name is Evan. Over the past few years I have been responsible for building, deploying and maintaining the software to run a post Ion-Exchange metrology instrument for measuring surface and deep stress in chemically strengthened transparent substrates. This instrument and accompanying software is deployed to and used by customers to determine the Ion-Exchange process success. The application functions in both single measurement human operational mode as well as interfacing with an automated assembly line capable of measuring 10,000 parts per day, per instrument. This application has grown since its initial deployment and was completely rewritten in the past 2 years by myself and the team that I lead. We migrated from vb.Net 4.6.1, WinForms to .netcore3.1, WPF using Prism.MVVM. In doing this we completely revamped our code libraries, compartmentalizing everything into separate generic nuget package libraries for easy to reuse code. The software has now grown into supporting 3 distinct instruments used not only in QC abroad but also in internal R&D as well.

I'm looking for at most 20 hours a week so I can continue working on my company, multiprocess.io. I am building github.com/multiprocessio/datastation and github.com/multiprocessio/dsq in public and they are used by a number of developers.

I host a hacker Discord and a monthly virtual Meetup to expose devs to internals of compilers, databases, emulators, browsers, operating systems, etc.

Besides the multiprocess work, I have a numerous public Github projects and, fun fact, 10 of my technical blog posts were on the front of HN last year.

I'd be particularly excited to help you out with your internally-developed compilers/interpreters/databases. But I'm also happy to help out with business applications.

Résumé/CV: Work on a large company's Android app which has heavy usage and yearly revenues in the hundreds of millions. Have programmed Android for some years. E-mail me for my resume.

Email: project@inputs.xyz

Android programmer. I have worked at startups, and at large companies as well.

Other than Javascript (including React Native), I have some experience in a lot of IT tech things, including devops/SRE type work (although my current knowledge is slightly dated in 2022). Primarily I am interested in programming Android, which is what I have been focused on for a while.

Hi, my name is Shining. I am hiring Android engineers at Verkada. I am impressed by your background. Here is why Verkada is a good place to work.

Verkada is a company that is the best combination you can find: it is the industry leader in terms of technology and product; and its market share is still very small just due to the fact that the company is very young. But because it has indisputably superior technology and product, it’s eating the market share like crazy. The company’s growth has been extraordinary. It’s pretty much been doubling itself every year. In the industry of physical security, all of our competitors are 20ish-year-old companies that have no idea how to make good software (and products in general). It’s about time for somebody new like Verkada to come and shake this industry (and makes some good money along the way :P).

If Verkada is at the frontline of revolutionizing the industry, the mobile team at Verkada is at the frontline of the company. We are the bar raiser of UI/UX design and software quality in general for the whole company. It’s not very often you get a chance to work on something that is literally leading the industry. It’s not even close.

To give you a better idea, here is a little video showcasing what we’ve been working on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GP7MafwtuUA.

The goal of the team is to double its headcount by the end of year. And it’s almost certain that we will double again the year after that. Hence the room for making an impact and growing is endless. Exponential growth, remember?

If you are interested, let’s chat.

Here is my LinkedIn profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/shiningsun/. Feel free to send over your resume via email: sun@verkada.com.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Hello, I have been working as a Software Engineer for my current employer for 2 years and am considering a change. I am seeking a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or SRE position. At my current position, I wear a lot of hats. I write frontend code, backend code (mostly with Go or Python, otherwise SQL functions for small bits), and code used throughout our data pipelines (Go and Python). We are primarily a network operations shop and self host pretty much everything, so I have been exposed to a lot of different networking technologies and low level infrastructure, including monitoring of said systems.

I am looking for new challenges and a company that is more software-focused (few people at my current company write software, maybe 5-10 out of ~50-60 engineers). Thanks for reading!

Hi, I'm a software engineer with 4YOE a bit of time at FAANG and significant time working with early stage companies (predominantly in Fintech). I primarily work on back-end code but have recently started focusing on the JS ecosystem, specifically typescript - a majority of the past two years have been equally split between elixir and golang. At this point, I'm only open to positions offering $150k USD or greater comp - Also, if your company has an office in the NYC metro area or Denver CO area I'm more than ready to work in office!

I have a couple of remote Elixir positions open. We also do Typescript and React. Please contact me via Keybase if you’re interested.

Product-minded full stack software engineer. With experience working remotely for almost a decade on a diverse set of fields and using various technologies. Interested in full-time, part-time and consulting work.

I care about free and open-source software and believe in respecting users of software and services. I believe software shouldn't be heavily dependent on frameworks or have an excess of third-party dependencies. I am security-minded and care very much for performant software.

If you or your company shares some of my values, send me an email. I am especially interested in early-stage startups and smaller teams of people with whom I can exchange knowledge and accomplish high goals.

For a taste of what I can build with Go, vanilla JavaScript and PostgreSQL take a look at my side project: https://gitfront.io

I am a physics/math grad turned software developer with about 3 years of experience, looking for a new full-time job. I have sound knowledge in Numerical Computing, Statistics and Machine Learning, along with practical experience in ML Engineering and Data Science. I am most familiar with Python as that's been my day job for the last 3 years, but I have C++ experience as well.

I post my personal projects on my Github at https://github.com/nicholasjng . Also, I started contributing to some open source projects like JAX and Google Benchmark in the past year. In that regard, my main focus has been my hobby project pybm, a CLI for easily benchmarking and comparing Python code performance between different reference points in a git history with only three commands. (Also the reason why I felt confident listing git under my "technologies" :))
