Without some consideration of the expected deaths, this doesn't provide much information.
(it's also not very interesting without the number of vaccines administered; the US had administered 10s of millions of doses by the end of February. 42,000 / 50,000,000 isn't that high a rate of any side effect, and that's excluding the many doses administered outside the US)
