Ask HN: Is it better to work on a low-passion project or work on nothing at all?
If you are dying to work on an idea but none of your current ideas excite you, would you work on the best idea on the list of ideas you have (even if it's not that exciting to you), or would you just hang back a bit and wait for better ideas?

Don't work on something you don't really care about. No reason to ever do that.
Don't work on nothing at all. It's literally the same thing as working on something you don't care about except less productive.
