Why no section to sell anything on HN?

HN has an awesome community with its proven track record of helping people to get hired. I have a feeling it should be a place to help people sell anything.

I'm open to helping anyone sell any product or services as I'm in need of extra income to finance my projects. My strength on research, sales, breaking down problems and then generating lots of creative solutions on how they can be improved upon or moved forward.
