While Ukraine is home to over 250,000 software developers, some large companies decided to stop paying their Ukrainian developers while they fight for their country to keep their families safe.

Ukraine Tech Collective is a not for profit platform setup to facilitate skill swaps so Ukrainians who are currently protecting their country still get paid & can support their families. Ukraine Tech Collective matches developers with job vacancies left by Ukrainian developers called on to defend their country from Russian invasion. Developers and tech companies from around the globe donate their skills and resources to provide work cover for their Ukrainian peers as to provide financial stability to their families.

This is a super cool idea! I don't have a job per se to post but I'm a member of the Tribe.ai network which is a collective of freelance data/ml folks that do projects for clients (mostly growth stage startups but also a few public companies). They're always looking for more folks to join the network and would love to support Ukrainian devs/PMs
