He could've stroke that iron while it's hot, instead he did something really stupid. Now he is trying to murder as many Ukrainians as he can, and there is no other explanation for that other than that he is insane, stupid and weak.
He could've built an economy worth joining instead, but he choose to chase his agenda by spreading misinformation and terror, because apparently that's all he can do.
