Where to find fully remote companies?

I am searching for companies offering fully remote work. The usual vacancy websites offer "remote" filters, but reading the actual job descriptions often shows they aren't fully remote.

Any pointers towards resources to help me find companies open to fully remote work would be appreciated.

I would love to see these jobs that are listed as remote but actually in-office. All I can find in my area are jobs listed as local that are actually remote.

I usually point people in this direction. It has grown quite a bit so you might need to filter through some garbage, but it should at least serve as a decent starting point.

Googling "fully remote companies" brings up many lists of remote companies.

Was there a particular type/size/niche of companies you were interested in than these popular ones?
