It seems real simple, but...

How do I get smartphones to automatically react to software/data from other phones that triggers an automatic call to that phone? e.g., I am in a loud-ass bar and suddenly my phone goes off. I have a short, 2-sentence profile: "1)Girl 2)"To Carthage I have come." So a girl, who also has Augustine's famous line in the app's profile [her info might be: 1)Boy 2)"To Carthage..."] has her phone set to automatically call the phone with a matching profile. HOW DO WE GET THERE?
