Ask HN: Did you ever meet a Unicode Normalization Bug? How did it happen?

In $DAY_JOB we apparently have a few users that sometimes produce unnormalized unicode text (in my language usually you generally only encounter NFC normalized text)

Did you ever have problems with this? I am curious about your stories.
