Does that make Facebook employees legitimate targets for lethal retaliation by Russia under international law?

I fail to see the purpose of this. When are calls for violence ever meaningful? Surely, if one must express their anger and frustration they can do it in many other ways rather than calling for the head of CURRENT_EVIL_WRONGDOER.
