Since it is impossible to get in contact with anyone from NETGEAR through any of their public channels, I figured I would try here. I have reason to believe that there is a major issue with your products. Please reach out so we can discuss privately.

I don't know what to make of this. Why would you insist on going to a public channel, and then to a completely unrelated channel (HN) instead of just contacting their customer support directly? If their devices would brick themselves randomly it would've been all over the tech news long ago.
Literally could not contact customer support without paying them for a support contract.
