Spanish-Speaking Software Companies?

I’m at the point where working in Spanish would be the logical next step for improving my language skills. However, it seems like most software development happens in English. Anyone know of companies where Spanish is the primary language in the workplace?

Spanish is the official language of 20 countries and Puerto Rico, i'm sure google can help you find thousands of companies acros the globe.

In most of these countries the salary is lower than in USA, so my guess the OP is asking for a company with a similar salary range.

But do they work in Spanish? I imagine a lot of them hire developers from other countries (ex: Eastern Europe) and would then end up using English.
