I agree Zipcar sucks. I got banned since I forgot to cancel my membership, and they kept charging an expired card.
Fair on the other hand was awesome, I rented a car for 8 months and it was even cheaper than a traditional lease ( once factoring in insurance, Fair cuts you a nice discount here ). I've probably saved well over 10k since I was able to get rid of the car the day I didn't need it.
