Something seen as theft's going to do wonders for their international financial relations. Perhaps a sign that the result of the Ukraine issue will be a giant FU to the Western world and a return to the 2.5-pole 1980's universe?

Might be prudent to get those mission-critical items out of China or at least duplicated somewhere less risky. Better raising prices than having empty shelves.

Duplicating factories takes time.
What the cliche - the best time to start growing a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is now? Companies have seen that the global marketplace has various (severe) issues that were just not considered or were just ignored.

I don't disagree. I was merely pointing out it's going to be bad a lot until it gets good again.

so you taking Russia's fx reserves is not a theft (at least you don't mention it), but Russia seizing planes for its vital needs is..

It sounds like you recognize that they haven't commented on that one way or the other, but you for some reason committed to trying to call them out on it as though they had. You even said "you taking" as though they personally took it.

Your comment is weird in the bad way.
