I am quite sure that The Land of Million Shits (Kettleman City, California) would benefit immensely from that exemption of being the largest emitter of organic methane on the West coast.
It is irony there when a respite (city) area is nearby (after gagging through the methane cloud of “The Land of Million Shits”) called “Los Baño” (toilet).
