If anything the main discrimination factor is being a single young man (that happens to be dark skinned), while families with mothers and kids (that happen to be light skinned) seem to be more welcome.

I do not believe that this criticism makes European hearts more welcoming towards people, mostly young men, who are not from direct conflict zones and who are trying to cross borders illegally and forcefully.
Ukrainian refugees are women and children who escape from direct war zone when the men stay to fight back against the aggression. Most of them are willing to return home at earliest moment possible.
There is very wide support for these suffering people and so far no camps are required because existing accommodations have been used and when needed people welcome them in their homes.
How Europe is handling the situation is a model how other countries should handle similar situations and help their neighboring countries in distress.

AFAICT the most of the refugees generally go to the neighbouring countries. This time that's the EU and Moldova.
Jordan, which took in enormous numbers in 2015 IIRC, isn't taking in many now, and that's not a surprise, and I don't think racism is to blame either.
