UK gets first new-style pylons in a century (bbc.co.uk)

This article (from 6 years ago) has a picture of what they will actually look like with wires:

I dislike them to be honest. I’m quite used to the current pylons and really don’t see them - they are just part of the landscape.

The new design seems kind of gangly.
