Yes, sure, it is NATO's fault that Russia attacked other democratic country with democratically elected government.

Please note that when you say something like this, you are repeating Russia's pretext for attack, not the actual reason.

Russia would have attacked Ukraine anyway because Putin has repeatedly stated that he will restore Russia in borders of Soviet Union.

The only thing that would have prevented this attack would have been Ukrainian membership of NATO.

Part of growing up is, to accept that at one point you will be responsible for your own fate, your own mishaps, your own corruption and that hate of foreigners, disguised as "anti-colonialism" to distract from all your failures is not saving you in the long run.
