It doesn't look like what you quoted says monthly; maybe they have a yearly limit, or even a lifetime limit? Or the limit could just be 0 per month

Can confirm, I got through; so I am not sure what you did to upset the book reviewers in London, but I wish you the best getting that misunderstanding addressed

Fascinating article, but I have to point to something else: how refreshing it is to read an article by someone who has complete control over the English language.

Agree completely! I had no idea that "foreground" could be used as a verb! "...A pious fraud like Brossier foregrounds questions of truth and motive..."
