Hey everyone! I've been working on an async collaboration app for the last year (https://asyncgo.com) and through talking to customers we've been refining the idea further and further, and are now focused on helping teams discuss and make improvements to how they work. That self-improvement loop is something a lot of teams are struggling with as they move to remote or hybrid, and it felt like an area we could make a big difference quickly even though really our app can help with a lot of different kinds of decisions.

The core idea is pretty straightforward - it's like a discussion forum, but highly structured around raising tensions/improvement opportunities, discussing them, and making a change. It's easy to track open discussions and find already-made decisions, and it provides a template for actually having the discussion. It's also designed from the ground up to be able to make progress async, without meetings. There's a short 2m video on the site that hopefully makes all this even more clear.

There are a lot of (even obvious) improvements we could make, but we're looking to build up our cohort of early adopters so we can build it together rather than us guessing what you're likely to need. It's free for anyone to sign up and play with it, and I'd love the chance to talk to you if you do. Feedback good or bad is always welcome.
