Small medical office IT disaster recovery plan

Hi. I am new to IT. Need some ideas. My company's clients are small medical offices. They run mission critical software that cannot have more than 4 hours of down time. I was told to use Windows 10 image to recover the server but it would take too long to get my client up and running. Any better ideas? Thank you!
