I still think it's just stupid, I still can't buy anything with it, it seems to be just something that people use to try and make a quick buck. The ACTUAL interesting crypto coins like Monero are mostly banned by governments. It's all just grifters and fraudsters trying to pawn shit off on you. It's basically like they re-invented the slot machine in a far more energy intensive way.

If what you're referring to is the central banking system, then yes, that's a lot more stable than any of these crypto alternatives.
