6 months - 1 year ago there was a tool posted here that was open source and was a browser based tool for exploring your aws costs.

Does anyone remember or have a link to it?

I've scoured the search for an hour now and can't find it..

Not quite, it was pulling data from your actual AWS account. A big part of it was that it didn't have any server connection and sent all requests from your browser.
