Ask HN: Does anyone know of any good SaaS Q&A (Quora, HN, Reddit-esk) platforms?

We are trying to get public/community input around sustainability standards. Thought a Quora like platform would be an ideal tool to hear many voices, for people to leave comments on ideas, and to up/down vote suggestions. Wasn't super impressed with what I was finding via Googling. Any suggestions? Thank you!
