I am good in giving advice but when It comes to my startup, I get biased

Background: I am tech-founder and helping may startup since 2014 with anything tech.

I have seen a pattern that when every any of my client or any other founder stuck at some place in decision making, I can easily see they flows. But when It comes to mine, I just get stuck and can't execute.

Is it because of overthink or I am just biased?
