I don't know if "up to 7 days after symptom onset" qualifies as early antiviral treatment.

Other effective early interventions work within this timeframe eg sotrovimab.
The ‘effect’ was zero. This was a randomised double-blind controlled trial, by far the largest of its kind.

Preliminary findings of this study were known months ago. It did not stop anything.
