Ask HN: What is your tool of preference for coding iOS apps?

There are so many kits for programming iOS apps with HTML/CSS/JS. Nimblekit, Appcelerator and Phonegap are some of a few out there. Which one is the easiest to use? Which one will let a decent programmer build an acceptable app to submit to the app store?
