I've been a software engineer for about 7 years professionally. I was fortunate to have two very good mentors back to back at my first two jobs, but it's been years since I've had that role in my life, and I feel it has been a major reason I've slowed both personally and professionally growing.

So how do you find a mentor if one doesn't organically show up in your life, HN?
