Looking at the thread in the product page this is not a cracked product. The listing is for a business license (probably OEM volume license) including several Adobe products.
Somewhat of a grey area in terms of legality, but not cracked (which would be strictly illegal).

There also doesn't exist something like a 'adobe master collection license' (not even in the adobe CLP/TLP buying programs)
The webshop itself also lists the same requirements as the M0nkrus cracked version (e.g. you can't have the creative cloud app installed etc) [3]
